I didn't pay to much attention in my Politics AS level at school and a quick search on google has failed to give me the actual quotation, but there is definitely a political aphorism that suggests that the British government is in trouble when the Unions feel they can lurch to the left unchecked.
It has been a while since the nuts in the National Union of Teachers felt they could be open about their desire to nationalise the independent education sector Let us see if Ed Balls can deal with it in a more mature fashion than he did the budget debate.
Anyway back to the craziest test match in a good long while.
